Maintenance has now largely been completed.

We thank you for your patience whilst we carried out these essential upgrades.

Hyra's Order Logging system is still being transitioned, and this is expected to be fully migrated over by 12am GMT. New orders are being processed correctly.

We will provide an update once all orders have been transitioned, but all features of Hyra should now be operating normally.

To improve reliability on our services and to allow for upgrades to our infrastructure, we will be performing large scale maintenance and migration of server hardware on 9th January 2026 from 09:30am to 06:30pm GMT.

During this time, Hyra will be inaccessible to users.

Our Activity Tracking system will be mitigated so that it will not be impacted by this maintenance, though users will not be able to log in to review their activity. Customers with a Hyra provisioned Discord bot notification DM system will not receive these DMs shortly before the maintenance window to ensure stability of the Activity API.

Users using Hyra Ranking, Order Logging or other critical functions are advised to ensure that their system is resilient to Hyra downtime and to put contingency in place during this maintenance.

We understand the impact that downtime to our services can have on the Communities that rely on Hyra, and we endeavour to complete the maintenance as timely as possible.
