    This incident has now been resolved. We apologise about the inconvenience this has caused to our customers this morning.

    This issue was caused by an automatic migration of an SQL server that we rely on for raising asynchronous jobs failing. The SQL server has now been redeployed, and service has been restored.

    Whilst this issue was detected at 3:51am BST, it was not acknowledged by developers until 7:36am due to issues with paging and internal miscommunication.

    We are working hard to reduce the likelihood and impact of incidents like this in the future. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate the patience showed today.
